Lost packets on RM Noise on PC - Not on Web version

Post by va2ted »

I am experiencing many lost packets (resulting in audio dropouts) on the PC client of RM Noise, as can be seen in the attachment.
However, if I am using the web based client, there do not seem to be any lost packets, as I hear no dropouts.
Anyone have any ideas?

It appears there was/is packet loss on rmnoise1 - it wasn't just you. I'm investigating, and I reset the server just in case.
Anyone have any ideas?
Use the web version. ( It uses a server near rmnoise2. )

Alternatively, leave the windows client on for 30 minutes. Every 30 minutes it re-evaluates the best server based on latency and loss, and a bad server will subsequently be avoided.

I think this has been resolved.
(The L3 gear needed a reset.)

Well now rmnoise1 is offline. I'm investigating again...
