Hello, I'm currently really enjoying this software for use in the 11m band, but I'd like to contribute recordings for learning.
My last recording that was 30min long checked all the boxes except for the 2.8khz bandwidth. I'm unsure of how to trim the extra off the top before uploading and was unable to find any certain steps to take after searching around with google.
I'm using a Realistic TRC-480 SSB + AM radio to receive the signal then sending that from the EXT SPK port to an audio input on my computer. From there it feeds directly to the RM Noise software. I can see using the software that it is picking up audio from around the 3.2khz frequencies but I don't have the first clue what I would need to do to bring the Recordings within spec, as any and all poking around through the audio processing on my computer has come up dry.
Thanks!
Difficulty managing recording bandwidth for uploads
Re: Difficulty managing recording bandwidth for uploads
Howdy!
I am not familiar with your rig, but the bandwidth setting should be made at the radio, and you should use that bandwidth setting when listening with RM Noise.
This way, the real-time audio, to which you listen, will 'match' the recording used to train the AI.
