Software not asking for login info

I set this up and got it working on one computer just fine. Now I have installed it on another PC, when I start the program I am not asked for login info. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi. Check the log under INFO -> FULL LOG.

Paste it (or just the error messages) here on email it to: rmnoise@ournetplace.com

In case it matters, I am having this DNS issue on a PC which is remotely located. The software runs fine on the PC located on the same local network as the radio.

I am having this same could not get DNS problem. I am registered and I have the software up and running and the audio is working but under Info it shows No ID and connected to 0 servers. I could not find anything in the FAQs that was helpful.

For anyone following this thread, AA5RN is using Norton VPN which blocks the default DNS servers and provides an alternate DNS IP, but this IP isn't seen by the default python resolution library.

In general, RM Noise shouldn't be used through a VPN because it can negatively affect the audio stream.

We are experimenting with 1) a workaround for the DNS issue and 2) excluding the RM Noise audio stream from the VPN without disabling the VPN entirely
