Cant hear Outgoing CW on RM Noise filter

Hi I am using an Icom IC7610 and everything is working ok except when I transmit CW I have to listen with the volume on the radio on to hear the outgoing CW I cannot hear it through the computer' is this normal ? I can hear incoming signals on RM noise with the radio volume off but not outgoing CW, Any help much appreciated
