Software Package to intercept USB Sound and Continue?

Is there some kind of software package that would allow you to intercept the USB sound coming into a PC, send it through the RM Noise server, and return it to the system for output?
More specifically, I have RM Noise working with my K3s locally, but I often use the rig through RemoteHams.com Client. The audio is coming from the internet and is sent out through the speakers (or through my K3/0-Mini) and I'm not sure how to be able to intercept and send the SSB audio through the server.
Conversely, would it be possible to intercept the audio at the Server end (my rig at home) and send it through the RM Noise Server, and connect it back into the audio stream bound for the Internet to the Client?
