Invalid user name and password

Hi, I completed registration but I've not been able to log in to the RM noise app. Once I input my username and password after a few seconds I get the message 'invalid username or password' I am not sure what I'm doing wrong as I can log in to the forum fine and I clicked on the link on the email as requested. Id appreciate some assistance if possible please. Thanks G1NNR

I'm sorry you are having trouble. I checked the database and replicas, and I see your account, but I cannot recover passwords for testing.

I deleted your [old] account. Please re-register and let me know if you continue to have trouble:

Mee too! Trying to install RM Noise on a 2ed laptop and I think I have the right PW but it is rejected. Need to reset the app password. PS. PLEASE add a show password option to the login ... it a a pain to try and enter long passwords blindly.

I presume you are asking to recover your RM Noise CLIENT account (not your forum account.)

You were one of the first users, and your email wasn't associated with your account. I have now added your email to the database, and you can recover your client account here:

What error do you receive? (If you don't see an error, check INFO -> FULL LOG.)
