RM Noise in Standby (Silence)

Has anyone had this issue before? It was working just fine the other day. Today, not so much. Any ideas how to get it out of standby and working again?
Standby (Silence) *should* be toggled by any audio from the soundcard/radio or 10 minutes of silence. There is a minimum amplitude needed to exit silence standby, but the threshold is set very low.
