I know this is a topic that comes up a lot but I don't see any resolution to my issue. I have tried all the common things. I have two identical computer systems with little exception like external microphone and individual downloaded programing differences. One computer connects the other doesn't. Everything that I can see are identical between them as far as RM Noise is concerned. Here is a copy of the full log of the one that will not connect.
