I have an Elecraft K3, and run my mic thru its the transceivers rear mic jack. When transmitting, audio is processed thru RM Noise and is heard with delay on my speakers or headphones. Hearing the delay disturbs my speech pattern. How may I prevent my transmitted audio from being processed thru RM Noise. Please know that my K3 is connected to my computer via SignaLink USB for rig control and facilitation of digital modes. In the device preferences and App volume settings window on my computer, I have set Realtek High Definition Audio for both output and input. Other options fail to provide audio to RM Noise on receive.

Microphone audio passes thru RM Noise
Re: Microphone audio passes thru RM Noise
I'm not familiar with your gear, but the most straightforward solution is to toggle Tx "monitoring" on the radio.
I found this post on groups.io that suggests there may be a firmware solution, if you don't currently have this option.

Randy,
The Elecraft K3 firmware solution that you recommended did the trick. Problem solved. Many thanks.
