I have experienced random intermittent Red box No ID display.
After fresh restarts, updating drivers, checking connections, restarting wifi box, etc., I am finally back up and running.
I had a DNS request timed out. timeout was 2 seconds. Default Server: UnKnown Address: 100.64.100.1

Just to be clear, are you now/still experiencing a DNS issue?

Was/is there a resolution to this issue that could benefit other users?
I too have not been able to get my RM Noise App to connect to any servers.
I have my IC-7300 connected, I can hear the radio audio through the app when selecting bypass. On the info tab, all are green except for the Red No ID.
Here is my full log file.

Can you provide any assistance?
