Hi All,
I have discovered my cheap TP Link WiFi extender causes regular packet loss. Initlalty I thought it was due to seeing the server status "degraded" but then I upgraded RM noise and connected to the HB9 server and it was still there. Managed to then connect direct to the router via WiFi and the issue was gone.
Just an FYI if anyone notices regular spaced packet drops.

Thanks Roland,
So the packet drop out is still there! It was definitely gone before. I have now tethered the PC to my mobile phones WiFi hotspot and its perfect.
Something with broadband router / service is causing the packet dropout. Its almost exactly 30 seconds apart each dropout, like clockwork

Colin,
if you want to hunt the source of the packet loss you can use https://www.pingplotter.com/download/ and measure packet loss to rmnoise3.rmnoise.com and any other IP along the path like your ISP gateway for example.

RM Noise Packet Loss - SOLVED
Issue now solved.
Long story short, I had to disable "Roaming Agressiveness" on my network adaptor. Zero loss since making this change.
