Simple solution...... this is for the IC-7300 but same on the IC-7610

Re: IC-7300 audio routing
I am in the process of tidying up the wiring etc and I forgot to mention one thing.
I also have a 132ft EFHW.
It is SO noisy that I never bothered to use it.
RM Noise changed that instantly.
I can hear stations that I never heard before on the EFHW.

IC-7300 audio routing for the RM Noise client for SSB & CW.
Hello folks, as promised last week, here is the way I have configured my station to make RM Noise user friendly FOR ME. I stress that this is how I have done it for myself and I felt that others might be interested in my approach. Others may have their way but we are all here to learn, experiment an...

Re: SOLUTION - Hearing CW sidetone with ZERO latency.
My ongoing experimenting with this new (to me) app......I am having fun....lots of fun. Yes, I have come up with a solution to the CW sidetone issue considering the system latency. Obviously it is impossible to operate CW with a sidetone that arrives around 250 milliseconds later....its a non-starte...

Re: Hearing CW sending sidetone when using RM Noise
One thing I forgot to mention in my previous reply above. I do not use the USB port for audio as I said. I use pin 12 of the ACC socket for audio. If you want to hear CW side tone to prevent the latency confusion then make sure you have this menu item ON. MENU | SET | CONNECTORS | ACC/USB AF Beep ou...

Re: RM+ NR
Kasey, I have mine on 5....will need to investigate that suggestion. I have been busy with all the long audio cables....shortened all of them and ferrites plus ground isolators etc and then re-visit my RFI issues. I take my audio from pin 12 of the ACC socket....not going to screw around with USB au...
